Infrared temperature sensor is installed directly in the arm of strength of mold, the distance between the probe and the mold is 100mm, the measurable range is from 200℃ to 1200℃. According to the size of bottle specifications, it requires the temperature of the mold must be corresponding point temperature in the range of 300℃ to 600℃.Infrared temperature sensors is non-contact measurement, the temperature of probe itself can stand temperature of 120℃, so it accords with the mold testing conditions.

The sensors transmits the measuring signal 4~ 20mA to the inverter, compares with the setting value of the inverter, and then gets a difference signal, the difference signal will operated by the PID controller in the inverter, output the corresponding control signal, Control the converter to output the corresponding frequency, so it can control the air flow of the fan and ensure constant temperature control of the mold.

Shenzhen Hibill Electronic Co. LTD  HBIR-series products are industrial temperature measuring sensors using in electric power, metallurgy, petrifaction and other related fields. Digitalized circuit, factory calibration with black body, temperature compensation and linearization with MCU ensures the high accuracy and stable output of this IR sensor with the full measuring range.
